About EarthPros

EarthPros was built from the ground up  born out of more than 20 years working in the civil construction and mining game. We’ve spent our time on the tools, in the machines, and out on sites across Australia, from small local jobs to big remote mining projects that run 24/7. Over the years, we’ve done a bit of everything  from operating all types of heavy equipment to training operators, coordinating large civil teams, and managing machine fleets. Along the way, we’ve seen firsthand what keeps a site running smoothly, and what slows it down. Working in this industry teaches you a lot more than how to move dirt. It teaches patience, pride in your work, respect for the crew beside you, and the importance of doing things safely and properly the first time. Those lessons  and the people who passed them on  are what EarthPros is built around. EarthPros are operators at their core. It’s about helping the indusrty that shaped us, helping operators and companies work smarter, safer, and with a bit more confidence on the job. Whether it’s through training resources or developing tools that make life in the cab easier  it all comes from real experience out in the field. At the end of the day, we just want to see the industry continue to grow stronger. That’s what EarthPros is all about.
